Grilled Cheese Sandwich

A nice drive through the Fraser Canyon in British Columbia, Canada. Passing through the tiny town of Boston Bar, we decided it was time for a bite. The diner that served me this meal was what one would expect. Huge, but empty. An older waitress, slightly grumpy, but kept the coffee coming. And cheese, grilled to perfection.
