Drive past that Bellis Fair mess and get some decent food in the town of Bellingham. Two authentic enchiladas stuffed with chicken, accompanied by the usual suspects - beans, rice and salad. My wife raved, so it gets four stars.

This very Mexican looking restaurant with very Slovenian looking staff had very unusual dishes with Mexican names. It worked! This Quesada was filled with vegetables like courgette and was topped with peanut sauce(!).

A burrito with Cauliflower, among other things. Well, ok then. It tasted great and the side dishes made this more then enough to fill you up.

Finding a restaurant with reasonable prices and vegetarian options isn't the easiest thing to do in Dublin. Tis place is ex-pen-sive. The mexican restaurant was reasonable and the salad as well.

El Taco just opened so the owner was all over us to make sure everything was ok. He was a little less charming to his staff but I think that was just because he was all nervous. It's a glorified hole-in-the-wall with tasty food, just like this salad.
