Glass of water It was strange. The water was so chilled that it passed through the fingers and radiated right up my arm ating a chill shiver. When I asked if it was special or bottled water the waitress just winked. The food was very special as well.

Ever notice that the options available for a place to get a good burger are dwindling? Irish Restaurants and Bars are usually a very viable solution to this problem. However, at Kavanagh & Morrissey's I opted for this steak, and boy was it spectacular. This steak was every bit as good as it looks.

Having lived in L.A. for 20 years before my return to South Florida, I acquired quite an appetite for Mexican food. In Florida Cuban restaurants abound, usually offering Mexican cuisine as well. Guacamoles is a brand new cozy little place in Coral Springs out west on Wiles road, past Coral Springs Drive. Is it worth the ride? If you like fresh Mexican food, than yes. The steak was juicy and just right. The rest was just the way I remember it on the left-coast.

Back to Cafe Siam in Delray. This is the dish that my friend had on that late afternoon. I had a taste of it that was a jolt. It is very good. Not just spicy hot, but it was very flovorful with a savory and spicey tang. My friend thinks it's one of the best Thai tastes in all of south FL.

My friend recommended this place and for a late lunch recently we went for a light meal. I had this salad and was quite satisfied by the freshness as well as the great shrimp flavor. Doesn't look like anything special, but the dressing had just the right hint of spice and was, overall, a nice surprise.

Huge full size Italian style Philly Steak Sandwich with all the trimmings. Served steaming and the best anywhere near Florida. Just absolutely delicious.

I mentioned before that LaBrasa had a unique menu for a latin style rotisserie chicken restaurant. The place is fairly new and my friend chose this entree from their menu. I'm not really sure exactly what it all is so i'll just let the picture speak for itself. Oh, by the way, he did say it was quite tasty for what he had anticipated and that it was rather good.

When I lived in California I used to love this place for a fast freah mexican meal. This particular lunch meal was scoffed at the Boca Raton location. Very good for what it is. You cannot get a fresher, tastier fast food taco anywhere (in south Fl). Great flavor, fresh produce, but it is what it is. If you like Taco Bell than try to find one of these.

Cafe On The Green is a cozy little restaurant in Wellington, FL on the same property as the mall on St Rd 7. In the same vein as a Panera Bread et. al. and at least as good, if not better. This sandwich was a plus plus and the melted cheese was a great flavor enhancer. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was great.
